Who we are
The Grenadier Wall is a project of M3 LLC (“M3”, “we”), the data controller. Questions or requests: [email protected], or M3 LLC, [mailing address].
What we collect
When you claim a pass: your name and email (required), and optionally your phone, where you watched the match (location or venue), a seat, and a short message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) to limit abuse, and a referral code if you arrived from a friend’s link.
How we use it
To deliver your commemorative pass and credential; to verify your email (double opt-in); and — if you consent — to keep you posted on Haiti football and on offers, products, services, and events across the M3 portfolio. We do this because you asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
Email & SMS
Marketing email goes only to people who confirmed their email and checked the consent box. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honor opt-outs promptly. SMS is entirely separate and optional — we only text you if you checked the SMS box, and you can reply STOP to stop.
What’s public
Your scan profile and the wall are public by design. Visible fields — your display name, whether you were in the stadium / at the watch party / remote, an optional seat, and your message — are under your control. Your email, phone, and exact contact details are never shown publicly.
Moderation
Anyone can report a profile or message. Reports are reviewed, and content that breaks our terms may be hidden or removed. We store the report and a hashed identifier of the reporter to prevent abuse of the reporting tool itself.
Sharing
We do not sell your information to outside third parties. Using your information across M3’s own products, services, and events is covered by this policy. We use trusted processors to run the service (e.g. hosting, database, email, maps, and wallet-pass delivery), who handle data only on our behalf.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time, ask us to correct or hide your profile, or request a copy or deletion of your information — email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as the wall is live and you remain subscribed, then only as needed for legal and operational reasons. Evidence you upload for verification is stored privately and accessed only by staff.
